Nesting Box Design and Build

This product is made with zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate frame for corrosion resistance and long-term use. Each unit weighs 40kg and has a bird passage width of 0.776m, which enables hens to come through easily without crowding. The egg conveyor belt is composed of PP polypropylene which is chosen for its smooth surface and resistance to wear. The construction has a raised central design of 5cm to allow better ventilation under the nest and to keep the bedding area dry. How the Automatic Egg Collection Works?
